Albufeira is a town situated on the south coast of Portugal known as the Algarve, accessible by plane from Gatwick Airport to Faro in a couple of hours flying time. Transfer time to Albufeira by road - approximately 50 minutes. The town is divided in to two sides, the original Old Town, and the "Strip" which is a modern addition.
