Are there really any differences between oranges grown in Florida and those produced in California? Read any publication from either state and you will come away with the impression that their oranges are the best anywhere. In fact, at one time there was a great deal of difference in types of oranges grown. But today the only major difference with similar oranges is the time of year that they ripen and are picked.
